The hostel was quite nice: clean, quiet after about 12, very friendly staff. Breakfast is included, as is internet, although the connection is a little slow. In terms of location, it is very close to the main station, so practical, but also surrounded by casinos, so not the most scenic view of Munich.

Staff was very helpful and area was very safe. There is a police station near by and more than once I saw them patrolling the same street as the hostel. My only qualm was the included breakfast is mostly suited to partying university boys in their 20's; meaning it was mainly meat, cheese and bread. Some fresh fruit or veg to have with the bread etc would have made the world of difference. But over all I enjoyed my stay.

Great hostel, especially if you arrive on the train late on, as its very close. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast is good. Best boiled eggs of any hostel ive been to.

The location of this place is brilliant...3 min walk to the main station. Unfortunately we arrived at 10am (as stated in the booking) and were told that we had to wait until 3pm to check in. The staff were very rude and unhelpful. The room was basic but clean. The shower head was quite clogged so not very powerful. Only real problem with the place is the attitude of the staff - very sarcastic and rude!

The hostel is in a good location near the train station and some restaurants and the supermarket nearby. Watch out for the thieves stealing your stuffs in the locker under the beds. Someone can pull out your belongings from these bared lockers. I lost few clothes and some items in my the side pocket of my bag. I put the bag facing the pocket zipper to the bar and one day it was open and some items inside was gone. It happened when some Chinese men checked out the room.

Good hostel, would definitely stay here again. Great location, very close to central train station. The showers were tiny but were hot and clean. The breakfast was fantastic - probably the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hostel. The price was ok, a bit on the expensive side, but we were staying there over new year so we expected prices to be a bit higher. Nice big rooms, comfortable beds and big lockers for each guest under the bed.

The shower head had so much calcium build-up that it wouldn't spray right. I had to poke each hole with a safety pin to get the water to come out.

The beds in the room were rock hard and they put way too many beds in the room. It got super stuffy. I was also disappointed in the breakfast as there was NO fresh fruit or veggies. As a vegan, that leaves me with not much to eat. I asked for a refund on breakfast as I couldnt eat it and the lady was VERY rude to me. The bar overcharged me for a .25 L of beer. 2 EURO!! they were out of what I wanted so he poured what was left out of a random open bottle. Very hotel ish not travel hostel friendy.

Has a laundry which was great, breakfast is fantastic, bathrooms are a bit difficult as there is no room in the cubicle to put you stuff, it is just a small shower, so everyone puts stuff on the window sill. The room was nice with a fair amount of space

Overall is good value and breakfast is acceptable but need big improvement on the shower where there is no place to hang on clothes/towel. Everything get wet, so u need to be very creative how to handle it. Sound barrier need to improve. Fortunately mine was at the end of the building but still can hear the noises outside so cant imagine the rooms nearby toilet and bar.

It would be nice if there was a place to put your clothes in the showers. But the bathroom/showers were very clean. The rooms are quite cramped, so opening lockers and getting around is slightly strenuous. But the excellent buffet breakfast (among the best I've had in Europe) and super cheap price make up for all of this! I'd definitely stay here again.

Poor quality facility (e.g. pool table), the room is dirty, quality of security is totally low. However the staffs are nice, and the location is absolute. Thus in overall it would still be an average choice for travelers.

Great location, clean, and nice staff! Not really the place to stay if you're looking to make new friends (just in our experience), of course things depend on your fellow guests as well. In our room the walls seemed quite sound proof, but the door was definitely not. Sounds and conversations from the hall were easily heard inside the room. Not a big deal though, that's what ear plugs are for. All things considered it was a good place to stay!

Overall great experience. Clean and convenient rooms, great location and amiable staff. Only minor problem was that wifi was flaky and there were no terminals that we could access the internet from, for free.
