Good value for money, but it's got a very strange feeling what with large groups of high school age students as well as middle age women. Still it's a good location and good value for money. Breakfast is free, but it stops at 9 , didnt make it down that early myself.

Great common areas, breakfast is satisfying (a lot of different stuff each and every day, pretty good quality), the private rooms are spartan but comfortable. A bit on the loud side at night in the weekend, but it's quite expected. Great value for money, and a short walk away from subway and boston common

Really basic cheap hostel nearby a subway station. Feels like school dormitory. Not that much fun but a good place to sleep. Free breakfast with eggs, beacon, fruits, waffles and all is a great plus!

It was a great place to stay. The free breakfast was amazing! Having our own private room was really nice. The hostel also had a really nice communal area. It was in a great location.

A receprionist tried to charge me more than I was supposed. I am sure it was a mistake but still not pleasant. Showers are inconvenient and it's difficult to turn them on. Good location, I walked everywhere and felt safe. Huge breakfast!

The smell of smoke on the bedroom floors was incredible. While there were signs everywhere to not smoke indoors some of the more permanent residents don't follow this.

Good hostel, nice staff, huge breakfast, clean bathroom (it's just depend of the person before you...), private room was okay but the bed was very little, I think the size is for one person and half, not for two...

Ineffective and impolite staff. Your heater in our room did not work at all, it worked but just not warm at all. you should improve your meal ,they are not that nice, just a lot

The room was nice. Not so small, clean enough. The breakfast was good. I had no problems with WiFi during my stay. The bathroom was a kind of weird, though.

Good facilities, tidy rooms, good WiFi access. Noticeboard of things to do was quite inaccurate leading to a few disappointments. Staff didn't seem too knowledgeable when queried on certain attractions.

Reception and common areas are newly refurbished and very nice. Little bit of a shock when we saw our room as the it looked very old. Beds were comfortable enough and the whole hostel (including bathrooms) was very clean! Brilliant breakfast in the morning (cereals, fruits, hot food, waffles, juices, tea). The hostel even put on a free Christmas dinner for everyone, which was absolutely beautiful. The people there were very nice and the hostel had a good feel to it. No kitchen unfortunately.

The bathrooms need repair. Also, my hallway smelled like urine. Other than that, it was a nice place for cheaper than most hotels relatively close to the airport.

This hostel is a great option for people who intend to stay in Boston for a couple of days, who are not looking for spending all their free time hanging out at the hostel (there are two pool tables, some computers and a movie room though), who are traveling by themselves or with some friends. The area is great, the T is very close and what everyone says, the breakfast is massive. One bad point tho : if you're noise sensitive, you might wanna bring earplugs, just in case.

Half shelter half hostel. Not the type of place for a backpacker.
