everything perfect!

The best thing about this hostel was the bathroom. It was huge and very clean BUT the guy, I assume running the hostel, was quite unfriendly.For example when my friend and I told this same man how cold we were during the night and needed to use extra blankets from other beds, we were told that he slept with the same blankets as us and that we should be warm enough. Unfortunately being from Australia and New Zealand we are probably not as aclimatised to weather as he was. The hostel was not fun.

This hostel was a great find! It's right next to the u bahn station and you can get into the city center in about 5-10 minutes. It was just what I was looking for in a hostel, with clean beds, clean bathrooms, and quiet enough for me to get some sleep at night. The owner does a great job with this place and is always available for questions. Plus, free wifi and free breakfast make this a great place. Definitely will stay there again if I'm ever in Cologne.

My overall stay was perfect. Staff was really helpful. Nice hostel and really clean. The mattress and the pillow were almost nicer than at my flat. Breakfast was okay. You can't get more for this price! I would defenitely recommend it - and I am picky! ;)

This is a small hostel with a 'living at home' feeling that I enjoyed. The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable and bathrooms are big and very clean. Linen, a simple breakfast, storage lockers and wireless Internet access are included. The kitchen is quite OK for the size of the hostel. If I must come up with one improvement suggestion, it would be to separate the showers from the toilets. This way the bathroom wait time would be much reduced! Note: Hostel is 4km from the center.

Good hostel overall, poor cleanliness of the room and in particular of the bed: I had hitches all night long and I found some small white things in the bed (eggs?). Toilet and common spaces clean to a good standard.

A nice little hostel that is very clean and has good facilities i.e. computer with internet plus wifi for any brought devices, guitars and a TV. Not far out of the city centre and a 2 minute walk to a large ALDI supermarket.

Hostel is quite okay for some nights, location is not very central, but you can get easily in citycenter by tram (station is very near). What is good: price, lockers in rooms and internet worked well What is not so good: I found the staff a bit unfriendly, house is older, so watch out when you go upstairs the wooden stairs overall feeling: feels rather like living in some free rooms in a family house than in a hostel

A little way out of the city centre, but easily accessed by the metro. Clean and well organised. The staff were very helpful in suggesting activities in the Cologne area. Not an overly fun vibe, just a good place to sleep :)

This hostel is clean and the staff is helpful for all the information you need. It looks like a traditional German house. I like it.
