Go to TILAG bus station (Terminal da Lagoa) and then grab Joaquina (363) bus. By the end of the lake, pull the cord and hop off at the first stop.
Another bus is Barra da Lagoa (360) that is more often, but then you need to go back one block to Joaquina entrance and walk 300 mts towards Joaquina Beach (left side).
