A lovely family home. Joy and Rod were very friendly and talkative. The room was comfortable and clean. Thankyou for a pleasant stay in Edinburgh!

Friendly family run B&B which is well located. Definitely a good value for the money and the proprietors were quite helpful. My only critique is the breakfast is continental - we asked for them to include eggs and they were happy to oblige.

There was no key at the door. This is weird, I did not feel confortable. House owners arenot very warm people. Breakfast was bad. They do not have credit card facility and there is no information regarding it.

A very nice and homey guest house. The room is very big, way beyond my expectation. The house owner also very friendly.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Pilrig Street. The room was very clean and the hostel was only a 15min walk from the city centre. The couple who owned the property were very friendly and helpful.
