No real travel desk. If you want to book a trip you can't get picked up from that location. There was no information about possible tours. We had to look it up ourselves on the Internet. The lady can help you book a private driver to take you to ayuttaya or river Kuai, or whatever but its more expensive that way
Difficult for taxi drivers to find, make sure you take down the phohe number so the driver can call the hotel for directions

Its an older style hotel (so not really conducive for atmosphere) but was comfortable and clean. Pay close attention to the directions esp if getting a taxi as the whole street is called 48 ville. If youre looking primarily for some space and solitude from the hostels this is a good budget alternative, my only concern was my door could be pad locked from the outside which I didnt like. Its conventient if you want to be close to the domestic airport.
