The Hotel was good, however few things could make it way better. The beds are confortable and convenient. The shower are in a very poor state. They aren't always lots of hairs inside. There is a self-service loundry but the 12 Dollars costs to do are really overpriced. Finally to end with something positive, the staff is extremly friendly and helpful. They would give you very good advise on what to do in Singapore.

Great + friendly staff and great atmosphere

Will definitely stay here again

Superb location and friendly staff, although the showers and toilets could do with more frequent cleaning. They do have a strange policy whereby if you checkout before the planned date you lose your deposit in addition to paying the night!! Losing the deposit really makes no sense...

This place was probably really nice before the management stopped caring about it's facilities... Bed sheets were stained, the floor and wall behind my bed filthy and the shower room definitely needs some attention as there is a serious amount of mold ( which you will smell). There is much nicer places around.

The room is really clean & the view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful - overlooking marina baysands, singapore flyer. The location is perfect to move around especially towards tourist attraction sites. Really recommend the hostel to anyone else!

The location is great. It is one of my three hostels that i like n shortlist. However, the price is just quite expensive.

The room I stayed in had no ventilation and had a strong musty smell. The breakfast was selection was small (just toast and cereal) and there were never enough coffee mugs for the amount of people staying there. The bathroom facilities were insufficient and inconvenient to access. Although this may be outside of the management's control, there were a lot of older people/ families staying there (that monopolized the common area) and detracted from the atmosphere.

A very nice hostel, with warm and welcoming staff. Also very good value for money in one of the most expensive cities in Asia.

This was my second stay, I'm still pretty satisfied, but sadly the quality of the hostel had decreased a lot. Bathroom cleanliness needs to be upgraded. And the locker under the bed wasn't functioning.

Please maintain the facilities, some broke and not clean

Unfortunately we got the most damp room we have ever had and as it was a five night stay had to switch rooms which was better. The staff dealt with this immediately so praise for them, they can also organise trips for you. Best thing about this hostel was the location. Second to none. Saying that I am pretty sure you can get a decent hostel for the same money but less damp rooms in the area. Great gallery on the balcony though. Avoid room 21 at all costs if you value your health!!

A good hostel for the money and location. Due to not having any Windows the bathroom does get hot and humid. A bit annoying that they only have one set of toilets. I was in the furthest away room on the top floor, and to go down 2 floors and across the other end of the hostel, bit of a pain during the night. However for the price your not going to get the Hilton so if your used to backpacking it's fine.

Room 50 poor lighting, broken safety box, fire alarm going off 3 times, beam above top bunk so hit head, very nosie from doors beeping all night from other rooms. Showers where not clean, toilets were dirty, Tissue all over the floor in bathrooms. Good breakfast and good wifi. Stayed in better hostels in Singapore.

Only ONE communal female and ONE communal male bathroom for entire hostel.

Rooms ok, breakfast ok, a lot of stairs to get everywhere (a bit annoying), the bathroom was clean, but the shower room was the worst, there were like 6 showers, but only 2 were working, and it smells really bad.

So close to the downtown, you can reach there with easy, 45 minutes mrt ride.

Mold in the bathrooms and disgusting smell in showers. Very nasty! Location very good tho and good with lockers in rooms

Thanks for returning the credit card I left on the front desk! I really hope there can be an elevator though. :')
