At first glance it looks like a pretty sketchy neighborhood, but its actually safe and not that bad. The rooms are pretty good too, very clean apart from the bed spreads (not sure if they were changed before we got there). The Staff are really helpful and the general vibe is good. During I stayed this hostel, I fell down from the bunk bed for the floor because the bed was so tiny and easy to fall. I really like this place, the twin private ensuite room was clean and nicer than expected, even if the hostel is not in the best zone, it's not far from subway so we didn't feel at all threatened. Just have normal precautions but definitely would go back to that place. It was fun staying at your place, people seemed nice and location is close to the metro etc. But you should definitely work on the cleaning, the showers looked pretty bad, and rooms were below average in cleanliness. Clean rooms/bathrooms. Small kitchen , too few seats available. The Wi Fi only works properly on the bottom floor, wasn't possible to use on the third floor. They'll charge you for use of their computers (2$ per 20mins). Good location, maybe doesn't look very much like, but it's safe place . Overall, I'd definitely stay again!
