It' s a hostel-converted large flat. It is far cleaner than some hostels I booked in London and its atmosphere is very friendly. It's at a 15-20 walking distance from the Red Square (perfect to walk to Kremlin, Red Square and Pushkin galeries without metro). It seems to be booked by locals (perfect to interact with Russians). On my 1st day there, I lost my spectacles later found by the hostelkeeper who gave them to me once back from my afternoon visits! ;) Excellent selection for backpackerst!!!

Top location, 100m from the metro station and restaurants/bars. And just a 10min walk from the Red Square. Parking available (with guard) in front of the hostel. But you have to pay for this. No locks on the door, but there are private lockers avaialble in the hostel (just bring your own lock). Friendly staff!

The bathrooms were wet, but it was because of the same guests, there is people who does not know how to take a shower without wetting the floor. I lost some food in the kitchen, but it was beacuse of one guest who decided to take it with him, I do not know if he thought that the food was his. The location of the hostel is perfect, in the centre of Moscow, it is safe, and people there are nice.
