The facade of the place is not conventional as it is within a big building, but the hostel is very comfortable and safe. The girl was very helpful. We had a very good time there. If we come back to Budapest we will definitely go back there.

The building is a bit scary when you first arrive but then you realize it is safe and has a perfect location! Close to everything walking and ATM and supermarket are in the same block. The hostel is great, nice and big rooms, kitchen with everything you need and besides coffee and tea, free milk! I really appreciated that. Best hostel I' ve been too.

It's located in the heart of the city- right near the metro interchange. The hostel itself was clean, bright and generally lovely- and the owners were very keen to help out. Best hostel I've ever stayed in!

My stay at this hostel was fantastic. We stayed in a 4 person ensuite room which was clean and a good size. The staff at the hostel are incredibly friendly and helpful which definitely improved our stay. There is also a nice living room and a large kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

The Central Hostel was excelent place to stay to discover Budapest. Friendly, clean, nice, comfortable, in the centre, near to metro station. The owners were as well very open to recomend us which places to visit in the city. If I would return to Budapest I would chose Central Hostel again.

Absolutely fantastic hostel. There were seven of us who spent the whole week there and had a brilliant time. The size of the hostel was fantastic, it's location was brilliant (directly next to a transport interchange), the local bars were incredible and the staff were delightful. Thanks so much so a great time! Just make sure you know exactly where the hostel is because the sign is quite small...

really nice hostel, very clean and new. Excellent location and the most lovely staff ever. We even got a free welcome drink and a goodbye t-shirt :)
