The hostel is located in a quite residential area, but it is just 5 mins walk from MTR station and pier-2 art center. The owner is very nice. She rented me a bicycle, and taught me where to eat / visit. She did help me a lot in my trip. This is an old-style house with strong character. The toilet is a little bit small but the painting there is amazing.

The location alone is more than enough, then 99 House lends bikes out--for free. And Alba is just the warmest and most generous host, which made my stay all the more pleasant.

very good host person, you will get much information about street shop, fashion shop, food night market. If you are looking for easy place, secure, friendly it is a good choice. Basic kitchen for heating up your food, make tea, coffee. You will see cookies, fruits or sweets on the table. Famillies, singles, couples appreciate this clean and fashionable place.

Patron seems knowledgeable and eager to help, even with travel tips. Place is located conveniently to MRT station, however there should be a map to clearly find the place (due to its location in a small alley) Liked my stay and would definitely stay there next time. Thanx !

This was a great hostel with friendly staff. The hostel directions were excellent. We had a double room which was clean, comfortable & spacious. The bathrooms were communal, but there 2 toilet rooms & 2 shower rooms, so no problems. The owners (mother & daughter team) both spoke English and helped us with finding our way around and offering suggestions about what to do. They have free bikes to use, and suggested a route we could take. We really recommend this place & would definitely stay again.

A very small Hostel with only 3 rooms. The staff was really nice and helped with organizing the future trip. I really liked to stay there.
