Very helpful staff - they couldn't find our reservation in the online system and still took great care of us. Apartment was beautiful and a great value for the location and facility.

I got an email from the hostel 2 days before our travel to Prague, that they cancelled our booking because the heating was failed. But when we booked the accomodation it wasnt marked on your website. We tried to get back the booking fee, but the receptionist said they cant give it back because this money was paid fo Hostelworld.com, not for their hostel. So Im very disappointed because of this hole procedure. I lost about 5000 HUF due to other people's stupidity.

At the night before i arrived in Prague i found out that the Hostel just had cancelled my booking. Two months after I had booked, and payed the deposit. So when i arrived in Prague I went there just to talk to them why they had cancelled. They said they had "technical problems", they couldn't give me any further information. Not sure if "Harley Davidson Apparments" are actually existing, as it had a different name when i went to that address, and also the pictures from hostel world are not real.

We couldnt stay there cause there was a "overbooking", a "mistake in the system". But instead they offered us another hostel for only double the price, and then, cause we didnt want that, a private housing opportunity. The 2 guys working in this office "did everything they could", cause they were very sorry... bla bla These guys overbooked the hostel on purpose only to give a way more expensive hostel. We rejected, asked the tourist help desk at the station and got another hostel for half -.-

Was great fun didn't expect that the apartment was in middle of every thing
