Hot water was not available most of our first day there, nor all of the second. The air conditioner was not easy to figure out in terms of pushing multiple buttons and there were no instructions. The staff at breakfast were wonderful! The proprietor, Paula, though, is absent most of the time. She deferred my offer of payment upon arrival and didn\'t follow up the next day as she had said she would.
