This was exactly what we were looking for: easy access to train station, not too expensive, and clean. I was very happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly. My only complaints are that the WiFi was not accessible from the room; we had to go to the reception area, and the light flickered in the bathroom. Other than that we were comfortable and happy. I would not recommend this place if you want to be pampered or have lots of little extras.

Was a nice place to stay but for the price their internet should have worked. They had tv, but when you can't speak Italian what does it matter. The overweight gentleman (can't remember name) @ reception tried to help

STAY HERE. Room was super clean, pretty, and full of light. Everything worked. The staff seemed good. Amazing value for the money- hostel price but a quieter, more private atmosphere. Also the building and surrounding buildings are lovely and its located right near the train station. Oh and the 'senses' theme provides free entertainment. Each room is named for a sensory organ. We stayed in Nose. Nose forever.

The rooms were too cold and the air conditioning was not working. When we called the staff to fix the air conditioning, they also impaired the radiator. We slept by shaking throughout our stay. Hot water was not sufficient.

We loved our stay. Bubba the manager is fantastic and was a great help to us with everything, nothing was any trouble to him. We booked three rooms and had 10 people in our group. We would definitely recommend this establishment to others! It was clean and close to everything. ( we are a group consisting of two families with teenage and adult children )

Place was great, clean, easy to find. Lacked character and the staff wasn't always there so it was kinda lonely but besides that it was everything you need.

The staff should be friendly and welcoming. For people traveling on their own this is really important. When you double book, have to put someone elsewhere (asking them to change rooms the next morning) at least apologise for the mistake and don't pretend you gave someone an upgrade.
