Veneziacentopercento Rooms & Apartments

Veneziacentopercento offers rooms with shared or private bathroom and apartments for individuals, couples or groups (up to 8 people).
The apartments only have a kitchen.
Both, the rooms and the apartments, are equipped with wifi, air conditioning and heating.
All our accommodations are located in Venice Centre, Castello district, the most typical of the city where the Venetians still live today. In the district it is possible to visit the Biennale and some of the oldest churches in Venice (San Pietro di Castello, San Francesco della Vigna, ...), while the most tourist areas of the city are within walking distance (San Marco, Rialto, ...).

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE FINAL CLEANING AND CONSUMPTION COSTS (50 euros for the room and 100 euros for the apartment) , AND STAMP TAX OF € 2.00, THE LOCAL TOURIST TAXES 4 euros per person/night (the taxes must be paid by cash at the check-in).

The appointment with our staff at the beginning of the stay is at our main office (Corte Nova 2031, Castello) it is a different location, located till 500 metres far from the accommodations.
Remember to contact us 2 days before your arrival. We do not have a reception so we need to know your arrival time so we can better organize the check in.
On arrival, guests must pay the city tax of euro 4.00 per person/night and any extras not included in the reservation.
All guests must present a valid ID (passport for non-EU countries) in accordance with Article 109 TULPS.
Check-in does not take place at the accommodation but at our main office located in Castello 1980, 30122 Venice.
Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival to arrange check-in; access to the accommodation cannot be guaranteed without prior communication of arrival details.
Assisted check-in is available from 15:30 to 19:30. After 19:30 are possible only with a self check-in arranged in advance with our staff.
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 am. A paid luggage storage service is available at our office (euro 6.00 /bag).
The extra cost for each additional guest is euro 35 /night plus city tax. The rate for children up to 2 years old is euro 30 /night, payable on site if not already included.
Unregistered visitors, parties, smoking, and loud noises between 9:00 pm and 9:00 am are forbidden. A security deposit may be required depending on the booking.

All our accommodations (apartments and rooms) are offered as simple temporary rentals with no service provided, as by Italian law (art. 27bis della L.R. Veneto 11/2013). According to this, it not possible to provide to our guests: cleaning service during the stay (only before and after), linens change, breakfast or other type of services typical of the hotels.
