Great hostel with a very friendly staff who absolutely took care of us while we were there. They have a fantastic breakfast and are just plain nice!

We were sent to two different hostels when we were told that the had double booked us, so we didn't end up staying with acasa nostra. They weren't very clear with us about everything and it took a lot of time and effort uprooting ourselves to go to a different place that was further away from the coliseum with a few facilities that we were promised missing.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, giving us very useful tips about how to avoid the crowds, and some hidden gems of the city. Thank you so much!

while the staff were friendly, there was no air conditioning in our room. The showers had one temperature - ice cold. we informed a young man at reception that there was no warm water and he claimed that it was fixed. unfortunately this wasnt the case. The wifi was also not very good and a few of us failed to access internet. Also, we were told breakfast would be served at 8am. We went down at 8:30 and there was no one around. We wouldnt recommend this hostel in future.

Had a great time in hostel and the staff were very helpful when it came to helping seeing all the sites. The room was exactly what we wanted and the breakfast was delicious! Would highly recommend. Short walk to coliseum, perhaps 15mins, and 30mins to the other major sites in the area, part from the Vatican. Close to the main metro line stop!

The hotel is easy to find, < 1 min away from metro station, area seemed safe. Staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was awesome ( coffee/tea, juice, fruit, pastry, butter, jam) Rooms were clean, furniture was sturdy and bedding was clean and new. There is a small garden/yard with jasmine trees with chairs and tables. the plants smell really good and we had our food there often. I would stay in this place when i visit Rome again. Really awesome staff :-)

We (my husband and I) really enjoyed our stay at A Casa Nostra. Staff was lovely and very helpful as they gave us tips on how not to fall into "tourist traps". There was a minifridge in the room and we could use plates and cutlery one night we decided not to go out. Walking distance from the Colosseum and major tourist attractions.

We stayed in Rome at Casa Nostra for 2 nights and had the greatest time! Since the trip was kind of spontaneous we didn't have a game plan of how to explore the city or what we want to see. But thanks to the superfriendly and helpful Staff (Ovidio and Andrea) who provided us with maps and various insider tips on where to go and what to see we didn't miss out on anything! Rooms were clean and sufficient :)

Nice place with comfortable room. Helpful staff, it would help if it was easier to find. I wasn't expecting it to be behind huge doors leading to multiple apartment blocks.

Unfortunately the house was under construction. So we were waked up every single morning with loud construction noises in the house or by the staff loughing loudly on the floor (7 am)...there was neither a TV nor a cupboard or a safe in the room...the breakfast room was always so cold we had to nearly wear our jackets.some days, the electricity was switched off due to works on the street.all in all, even the 20 Euro per night were too much for a house that is under construction, noisy and cold.
