The Frosted Chocolate apartment is a fresh and up to date extended flat laid out over two levels and located on Westerdok.
It's position is near the Central Station which provides access for many visitors to enjoy the sights, sounds and attractions of Amsterdam's exciting city centre. In terms of location, it can't get any better than this. Not only will you be near everything but it will be very convenient for you to get to apartment from the Central Station.
This self catering holiday home is located on the 9th floor and consists of one bedroom. The bedroom has two single beds that can come together and form a double bed. For added comfort, we are also providing bed sheets, linens and blankets.
There is one bathroom with a shower, cupboards and one toilet located in the apartment. It is apart from the bedroom, providing complete privacy for you and your guests. For added comfort, we are also providing towels.
The large and extensive living room has beautiful white frosted colour couches that provides quality comfort and relaxation. And if that's not enough, there is a terrace where you can step out on to enjoy the view and the fresh breeze that the culturally packed and full of secrets Amsterdam has to offer. Apart from that, there is a big flat screen TV and a dining table.
The kitchen is adapted for preparing meals and hot chocolate at your disposition. All utensils are provided for you also! Many amenities are also included in the apartment that will make life very convenient. Such modern appliances include a dishwasher and a microwave. Heating is available to keep you warm during the nights. A coffee maker is available because there's nothing like a fresh cup of coffee in the morning!

Cleaning Fee - 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.
Late Check In - 30 euros
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.

This property has a 3 day cancellation policy.Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.
