The reservation didn't arrive in the right time, so they didn,t know about it. The friendly stuff offered us an downgrade room in the cellar, so small and smelling the breakfasts preparation dusts in the morning. Right, it was cheaper, but for a small cabine like that 99 us$ is 50% to much. Good breakfast, far away from downtown.

The staff at the front desk seemed almost imposed upon when it came to recommending interesting places and things to do in Jerusalem. With the exception of Adi who was most helpful on the first night we arrived, the rest of the staff needed to be asked about directions instead of offering up instructions about getting around in the city. Very odd for a business whose success is dependent on tourism.
