We were surprised with the surcharges at the hostel. Breakfast and sheets are apparently not included in the price, when booked through hostel-world. Be careful, as it might raise your bill unexpectedly. Internet access is also expensive (20min=1EUR). The hostel is huge and impersonal. All considered, it might be worth to spend a couple of euros more and stay at a more central location.

Not such a great location if you are looking for the centre of Vienna but then again Vienna is expensive so you nay not find better value.

Great to get out of the city, but the hostel has little character.

Very much more hotel than hostel. Nothing is cheap never mind free. The place has no atmosphere, every other place I've been to the staff have been friendly and talkative. I would definitely recommend that people looking for a hostel to have fun and a laugh go elsewhere. Security told us to be quite at 2200. The easiest way to sum the place up would be a hotel with some dorms in it. 6.50 E for an average breakfast is stupidly expensive as well.

This is such a lifeless hostel, net is expensive,so are drinks. The staff are the worst I came across, they would chat on their mobile phone and leave you waiting for a good 10 minutes when wanting use of the internet etc. Its a bit of a distance out, and isn't in the nicest area. There is NO LIFE to this place, its a huge hotel like building, and the only common area is the bar, which is too expensive for travellers, so its difficult to meet people. On the plus side the rooms are very clean.

Nice and clean, but fairly unfriendly staff, everything costs extra, and never really met anyone else staying at the hostel/hotel.
