About A Venice Fish
Best location, best price, and perfect place to meet lots of new people!
The building is a 16th century palace with a beautiful terrace on a main street in Venice.
A Venice Fish is located in the Cannaregio district, the perfect place for shopping, and right in the middle of the city. We are also just a 10 minute walk from the Santa Lucia Train Station, Piazzale Roma, and Rialto Bridge, a minute walking distance to the Venice Casino, and 20 minutes from Piazza San Marco close to all the most important sites of Venice including waterbuses, gondolas, and water taxis.
A Venice Fish has a private entrance and a fun atmosphere. We have multilingual staff, that will ensure a fascinating stay in Venice! Female and mixed rooms are available as well as a very big common room where people can socialize, listen to music, play games, read... relax. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. It's just like home.
We require payment in cash upon arrival. Please notice, after check-in, there is no refund under any circumstance. Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival. Deposits paid are non refundable.
Your arrival time must be between 9:00 am and 11pm. We don't have a 24 hour reception, so please notify us if your plans change either by phone or email! Lock out is from 10:00am to 2pm for cleaning.

Luggage storage service after you have checked out is 5 but includes the usage of facilities and lounger area

Latest Review
The location is great just on the other side of the Realto and a close enough walk to the train station that it is easy to get to. The area the hostel is situated in is also less expensive then other areas which is a huge bonus. One drawback is there are only 2 bathrooms and they can get quite busy in the morning A second drawback is it smells a little funky most likely as a result of the canal. The staff are really friendly and funny and know of a lot of great places in Venice to save money!
