Could not recommend it more highly. Hotel room was lovely and cleaned daily without intrusion, extremely polite staff and lovely elderly owner who greeted us on arrival and was very helpful and approachable.

Location is close to the main station which is both good and bad. The character of the area isn't great and I wouldn't stay there again. But the hotel itself was excellent. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The street the hotel is located on is well lit and I felt safe going back at night, even as a solo female traveller. A few doors down are some great restaurants with reasonable prices and good quality food and there is a laundromat there too.

Very friendly staff, very clean and safe room in great location next to train station. The only things we didn't like were the water pressure in shower was very low and the bed was as hard as a rock.

This place is perfect if you want an easy access to main sights but out of the hustle and bustle of the main roads. Less than 4 blocks from train station. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful! Felt like a hotel more than a B&B! The hair dryer was melting due to malfunction and they replaced quickly. Fridge in room, comfy beds, very nice overall. This place is perfect for all ages!

Owner of hostel was best part! We arrived very late but he graciously received us and treated us very well and was attentive to all our needs. Hostel was extremely clean. It felt very cozy there. 5 minute walk to Stazione Termini. Great restaurants/cafes nearby. Alot of noise can be heard from upstairs. Free wifi but reception was weak in bedroom. Bathroom was right next to our room, felt like private bathroom. Cable tv in room. Great stay, we would return!

Americano was fantastic in helping us feel welcome in the big new city. Our room was fabulous and we loved how at home we felt. It was very clean and quiet. We greatly appreciated the community computer that was available with internet. That was a huge bonus that we didn't have to spend time looking for an internet cafe to send brief emails when needed. The elevator was a great bonus too when hauling all of our luggage. This was our best sleep our whole 10 days in Italy.

We both thought that the staff were exceptionally helpful when ever we asked them recommendations for restaurants or what times to visit the attractions. They where also extremely polite.

Thanks a lot for the great service! We needed to leave Rome in the very early morning and they arranged check out service before their office hour. I and my friend are really amazed staying there with this amount of price. The only not-so-good thing is the noise we heard from neighbors who partied all night long. Other than that, it's an excellent stay!

The location is excellent, near to the Rome termini. It's in a building with other hotels/hostels, so it was a little bit noisy from the downstairs but it's okay for me as i can sleep easily. It's really really clean and they come to tidy up your room everyday. The only problem is their hair dryer is in the bathroom. When i was drying my hair, I got complains from the people who live near to the bathroom. I felt sorry about it but it's not my own fault. I have to dry my hair before sleeping.

The receptionists were exceptionally helpful and kind. The main receptionist reminded me of my grandpa and was absolutely adorable! They went above and beyond what they needed to do for every question I asked. The directions they gave were very clear. We did not have a lot of time to spend in Rome but they gave great recommendations on what were the most important things to see and do during the time we had. It is located right down the street from the Termini Train Station.

I love being able to have breakfast personalized and delivered right to my room! The location was ok - very close to termini station so easy access to the sights from there. The room was bright, very clean, and all the staff were wonderfully helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Rome.

I rarely write reviews and stuff but I feel that I owe it to the place to keep the good reviews going. I originally picked it because of the good reviews and I was not let down. The older gentleman was more than charming and the other gentleman that I met was very helpful too when I had to print out my lost boarding pass. We stayed there a few nights and everything about the room was great, i.e. cleanliness, space, etc... The place is right by the termini and basically just awesome.

Great place with great hosts! Loved it and would stay again! Breakfast in the morning is also great. I'd recommend it there more than going into Rome to get it.

I really enjoyed A&C Much More, especially with the staff. Just 5 minutes for walking to the closest MRT station and 10 minutes to the main train station.

Excellent accommodation and incredibly attentive and friendly staff! The location is great as well given the fact it's only about 2 blocks walking distance to the metro terminal. I would highly recommend A&C Much More to anyone.
