Staff was very nice, everything was very clean, breakfast was delicious! The room was exceptionally well equipped.

The staff is not very friendly. I had breakfast included in my package and they did not give a breakfast token. I ended up buying the token. I had Internet included in my ackage and yet did not give me a token for that too. I had come to the lobby to use the Internet. My girlfriend had called the reception to get hold of me. And the staff refused to had over the Phone to me.The location is that great. It's about 10-15 minutes walk from the station and 30 min from other places. No restaurant.

They charge 3 euros to use your credit card. Wifi only works in the lobby. Only close to main station, but good location if want a place close to the station.

Great location near Hauptbanhoff which is an major transportation hub in the city. And within walking distance to city centre [Bundestag, Unter and so on]. With great breakfast on top of that.

Its more like a hotel than a hostel, when I stayed there where a lot of families and older people so atmosphere is not that good. Its clean and 5min from the Train Central station.
