It's a really good hotel!! The staff and the facilities are perfect!! The only thing that i'll change is the luggage room, the give you a key for opening this room and if you want you can take another bag that is not yours!! (In Spain is impossible to do that..) and when i had to pay 3.50€ for taxes..i didn't see it in anywhere.. I suggest this hotel to everybody!!!

Right next to the train station, in the heart of the city, excellent location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Great stay.

I have been there twice. The first positive impressions last on. Uncomplicated check - in, clean bathrooms and spacious rooms for yourself and your luggage are a guarantee. Book an additional breakfast menu with cereals, fruits and fresh rolls upon your day of arrival or on the next morning by simply buying a breakfast voucer (a plastic coin) for 6 Euros at the reception desk - the breakfast is worth it. A hostel well recommended !

Stayed here on a trip to the Westfalen for football. Staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. Hostel was busy with all sorts of groups but dominated by FRIENDLY football fans. Excellent en suite shower and spacious room. Good social area with affordable bar, in an area surrounded by restaurants.

I think it isn't correct to pay more to get the sheets, I can not be forced to take with me the sheets.

Stayed here waiting for a flight, nothing special. Free wifi in the common area was spotty.

Everything was great, but should be better written on webside that we have to pay extra for bed linen and internet in a room. As for me the mark is (price- conditions) : 7/10 =)

We really liked our stay at the A&O Hostel in Dortmund. We had a Twin Private room that was not too large, but perfectly clean. Honestly, what more do you want? We took the breakfast package for 6€ per person, and got a decent breakfast for it. The staff was very nice and helpful, although not always perfectly informed: We asked where the next supermarket was and were sent to one in the Thiergalerie (10-15min walk) although there is one just down the street. All in all: recommendable.

I felt like home immediately. Checking in was fast, uncomplicated and convenient. The lobby offers a warm welcome, enjoy the wlan in comfy armachairs in the lobby. The room - a 6 - bed dorm - seemed a bit impersonal, but it's practical all the way. 6 Euros are a fair price for the breakfast buffet . Fresh fruits, fresh rolls, cereals and a good coffee make it a good start into your day. A hostel highly to recommend !
