Terrible location. It ruined my Hamburg experience. The actual room itself was average and can't really complain for the price. The staff were most unhelpful. No free Internet.

I thought the hostel was very nice ,staff were friendly and helpful,the rooms were very clean and amenities were all readily available,i would definitely recommend a&o hostels 2 fellow travellers.
