i dont like this place!!!

The good: Great location near the train station. Very clean. The bad: No room lockers. Super tiny kitchen and a single washer/dryer for a hostel of >200ppl. Price gougers - was expensive to begin, then you had to pay extra per day for linens (WTF do they think you are in a hostel for?), breakfast way overpriced for what you get, charged ridiculous fee to use credit card for room payment. Rooftop bar advertised as 'open daily with happy hour' was closed at 9pm on a busy long weekend Sat night.

Fairly clean and well-kept hostel, although the staff was not the friendliest and this hostel charges you for EVERYTHING, even bedsheets. Although the location was very good, right beside the train station and the old city centre!

Good hostel, but overpriced.

We had a nice room with a separate room for the bathroom and shower which was nice. It was in a good location close to the train station and not far from the center. It was very clean. The negatives would be that you have to pay for bed sheets, there is no wifi in the rooms, and you have to pay for breakfast.

There were two staff members that were helpful, the rest were incompetent, intolerable, idiots. They run the least efficient front desk I have ever seen. Often there is a queue and often problems are left unsolved. NOW Vienna A and O on the other hand has excellent friendly staff!!

A clean hostel and the hostel stored my luggage as I arrived early. Nothing particularly wrong with this hostel but no stand out either - an average hostel stay. Close to the train station but further from the town center - depends on which you prefer!

The hostel is clean and rooms are quite new. Beds are comfy. Free wifi in the lobby which has armchairs and a bar offering any kind of drink. Maybe breakfast was the weekest side. It was ok. But you can have a better one for that price in a café. The staff is very young, but they do good.

The Hostel was a great experience! Staff were super great and the place was very clean! As being my first time staying with A&O i was not sure what to expect - but the place was great! warm, clean and centrally located. The hostel helped make my visit to Nurenburg a memorable one!

What is worth a good location and okay facilities if you get sexually harassed the first night , just to be told by the receptionist that she can´t do anything for you? After the people left the next day i received an apology from the manager and was promised that my dorm was to be turned into a girl´s dorm for the time of my stay. However, the last morning i found myself sharing the room with men again,which proves how little one client matters for the A&O hostel chain. NEVER again!

Excellent location, clean and great staff!

I was very pleased with just about everything. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was clean, staff was very friendly, the location of the hostel is just a minute away from the center of the town, which is basically all I looked for when I went to this trip.

EXCELLENT

We booked a private bedroom, ensuite, for two people and it was really nice. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The only thing to complain is there are no lockers in the room (which is not so nice, since they have housekeeping), neither wi-fi (unless you pay for it in the bedroom, you must use for free in the lobby). The staff was nice and helpful, but a bit slow, whenever we wanted to talk to them we had to wait in long queues. The location was great, just next to the central station and center.

The hostel is good, clean, warn, good location....

Very clean and enjoyed staying in a room with 2 bathrooms. The price was amazing, location was perfect, well worth the price. Only complaint is there was no extended check-out for people staying in public rooms. Otherwise enjoyed my time at this hostel.

This hostel is a 5 minute walk from the train station, and thus it is also really close to the entrance to the old town. The room was clean and new, and the heater was good, but somehow the air in the room felt really dry! The curtains weren't very good as well and so it was really bright in the morning. There is free WiFi but only in the lobby. We were annoyed that the cleaning lady burst into our room at 8am with no warning - because the room can't be locked from inside (use a card to enter)!
