Severely understaffed and those working did not know what they were doing. Maybe make it clear on the hostelworld.com that you do not offer sheets or pillows with your beds.

This place needs more managers on the ground. Checking-in arrangements were a mess, and there seemed to be no senior staff on site at busy times. A shame, because this is a nice hostel, if a little out of town.

This place needs more management on the ground. Checking-in was a nightmare and took an hour! While some staff were friendly and helpful, others didn't seem as though they wanted to deal with the public. A real shame, because this is a nice hostel, if a little out of town.

The staff were really nice and helpful, we didn´t had troubles with the security for our belongings. Rooms were clean, but we couldn´t secure the bathroom door. Internet is free only in the lobby, there´s an extra charge for the towels and the bed sheets.

The room itself was decent, very spacious. However we were required to pay 4 euros for linen. I had to pay for it all but they were out of pillow cases and duvets. I thought that was ridiculous. In addition, the hostel is pretty far from the Center of Prague so id recommend going to a hostel closer to the top attractions.

the adress on the internet was wrong, so we lost a lot of time to find the hostel. its not central annoying neighbours of the room, that could get into our room unexpected costs for towels and bedding

Horrible hostel. Would never go back. Location: middle of nowhere. They didn't have our reservation when we arrived, and had to wait 2 hours to get everything figured out AND they charged us more than the quoted price we had from previous reservation. Hidden fees (linen) and all their facilities (pool, ping pong, etc) have deposit fees and some even have hourly rates. Plus, we didn't even receive linen in the first room we paid for, but at the point we were too tired to care. Money hungry staff.
