Clean, hardworking staff, very clean, very reasonably priced, with a great all-you-can-eat breakfast (even if it does cause extra).

First hostel in my life that you need to pay forbed linen. Fake advert about wifi. It works only on the loby. To have wifi in the room you got to pay (It isn't mantioned on the booking).

It was ok. Paying for sheets was a bit annoying and they are really understaffed at the desk at night, the poor receptionist literally just gets over run at times. Poor lad. For the most part it was alright though but really hard to find the first time. The atmosphere was not great and the common areas sucked.

This is a busy budget hotel with hostel rooms. They have only one staff member on the busy reception/bar area at any time so you can expect to wait at least 15 minutes for any service. The directions that were given to find the place are terrible.

The Hostel was very difficult to find, not well signposted. And I was disappointed by the sheer amount of additional costs for everything. The common areas were like waiting in an airport. All in all I wasn't very impressed with the building. However the staff were fantastic, we dealt with Laura and Christoph at the front desk over the two days and both were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with.

converted my female dorm booking to mixed dorm without informing me. Having a very bad time there because of this as it not acceptable in my culture and religion. Also it become worse as all other hotels were fully booked. Had to change my return flight 2 days earlier because of this that cost me additional £98. I would say a very very bad experience specially in a new country.

The staff are very impersonal, first when i arrived the counter staff couldn't be bothered to welcome me. No hi, how was your day. "do you have a booking?" well yes, if not i wouldn't turn up at your hostel! they proceeded to charge me for bed sheets and towels totaling 6 euros, bed sheets. they stuck me in a room with 5 other guys, when other rooms had 4 extra beds, with identical bookings. staff couldn' be bothered, "look at the make with numbers" as quoted when asked for attractions

If you want to have a simple but clean place to stay I recommend the hostel especially for the groups, not really for those who travel alone. Good location, next to the railwaystation and the metro connections are a plus. A bit desappointed because of the lack of the friendliness at the receptionist when i first arrived but most of the staff were nice in general.

Paying extra for clean sheets was bullshit!! Other than that everything was ok.

The hostel was nice - good location although a little tricky to find from the Hauptbahnhof now that they are doing construction. The staff was fine - nothing special. I was alone in a 6 room female dorm which was nice. It was immaculate, new, modern. The price was great for Vienna and for the convenient location.

I thought the rooms very stuffy. It can not be open the window completely. I believe that during the summer the room should be very uncomfortable. Another criticism is about the internet that is very slow.

Good location: right near a metro stop. Very clean, nicely lit, nice common area. Don't get free wifi in rooms, but do in common area, so you can check whatever you need to there. Bedding costs an extra 3 Euros for your stay, but the room is so cheap that that doesn't matter.
