It was fine to drop your bag and go but the staff were overwhelmed all afternoon with check ins so if you had another question you had to wait. Rooms were clean but the kitchen was disgusting. Only one washer drier for hundreds of rooms, not very logical. Rooms were clean and spacious though, can't fault those. The wifi was slow but we were warned of that in advance.

That's a nice and safe hostel. It's well located if you arrive by train at the Südbahnhof, but not really if you arrive at the Westbahnhof, where the trains mostly arrive. The city centre and the main spots are also a bit far, but at least there is a beautiful spot within walking distance (Belvedere Palace). The rooms, toilets and bathrooms are alright, just be aware you have to pay extra if you don't bring your own bedlinen. It's probably the only A&O hostel that offers free wifi in the rooms.

This might be the future of hostels; a large, mass produced chain of hotel-like hostel dorms. Nothing wrong with such a system, however the staff was always busy with checking people in that they really couldn't recommend spots like smaller hostels could. A mixup happened in my room that allowed some new people come in before the room was cleaned (and because of it, the room was not cleaned from the previous inhabitants). If your sheets aren't made, inquire about it before you sleep in it.

Good price (around 12€ per person in a 4 bed dorms) but you will have to pay for everything ! For the breakfast (7€), the parking, the billiard (5€/hour)... even the Wi-fi (which is REALLY slow if you haven't paid. And even if you pay, it doesn't change a lot of things !). The staff wasn't very friendly with us, only doing his job.

The Facilities were some of the best we've used! 2 minuets walk from the train station, Great atmosphere of the hostel.

Only one washing machine and dryer for such a large hostel? A guest kitchen that is so small it might as well not be there... The rooms and the bars were great but otherwise poorly equipped.

Very nice hostel near the Wien Haupbanhof with very nice atmosphere with a very nice 6 euro breakfast (that I didn't pay for haha). The staff are all sooooo slow, when I got there there was a huge line and the same guys receiving new guests are serving drinks at the bar so it takes even longer to make the check-in. The wi-fi is very poor but they offer a faster one for rent (don't remember how much). Besides that, I would definitely recommend this hostel!!

Very clean hostel and beds were super comfy! But the atmosphere was really bad, full of school kids not a great place to meet travellers

Location wise, the hostel is very close to Wien HBF, and it was easy to find this place. I stayed in a 8-man room and it was much larger than expected, with an ensuite toilet and shower-room. The kitchen area was a little too small for a hostel of this size, and the kitchen wasn't very well-equipped.

(My number is rating is misleadingly high). If you're an older person (I mean above like 35) and you're too cheap to stay in a hotel, this will do. If you're someone taking a bunch of 16-year-olds together on a school trip, it's good. But if you're a young adult traveling looking to have fun and meet people, look elsewhere. This is basically a hotel where you share rooms with old guys who snore all night. Far too big and separate for any sense of community or meeting people or any of that.

It's a good place for stay, very clean and safe. But there are few staffs for lots of peoples, so you have to wait in big lines. The wi fi is only for the reception area and if many people use it, it doesn't work You have to pay for everything, including sheets

Although it was a nice room with only 6 beds and an ensuite, our towel and shampoo got stolen. When we first checked in, some random guy told us to get out of the room saying it was a male dorm so we got our room changed and they said it was a female dorm but it was only a female dorm for a night or two bec they supposedly overbooked. There was a Muslim lady staying there and she wasnt there the next day, but there were guys in the room who said she came back and left in a hurry.

really nice staff, were very busy late evening and had to wait 20 mins to speak to someone as they covered bar and reception. could have done with an extra pair of hands. very clean. good breakfast and facilities.
