The hostel is clean and tidy. There are rules and price list that are clear. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is not very good, but there are nearby metro.

The hostel is well located, clean and the rooms are comfortable. Now the charge sheets is absurd, then place the value in the daily price and stop misleading consumers who think you are cheaper. Also the employee who served us was extremely rude, could not split our bill in equal parts and was very rude. Do not like to answer the public does not work with it. I recommend just for a couple of nights.

One of the best hostel I have ever been to.

Arrived on a Friday morning, we waited for 15 minutes to be served as there was only one person at the desk and cafe. You have to pay for linen. had to pay for printing which we weren't told till affter We stayed in a 6 bed female dorm, on our 2nd night a man was booked in with us. The staff did not apologize to us in anyway for this mistake. On our last night all cards for our room stopped working, and we were unable to get into our room. Again the staff did not apologize. Would not recommend!

Hostel was very good, you don't need a car if you prefer here. You can rent a bike or travel by Metro.

Don't expect too much for this hostel. It provides everything you need in a basic level. The staff are nice and they showed me the direction on where to go.

When I arrived the hostel requested us to pay a wrong price and you also have to pay for bed clothes. If you want a party hostel, definitely this is not the place.

It was a great staying. Clean bedroom and nice staff. It isn't exactly in the center but it has a subway station really close and it is just a 20 minutes walk to the center, so it has a good location.

I stayed in a private room in the hotel part. Everything was basic but good, modern, comfortable and clean. Bed sheets and WiFi were free.

Nice and clean hostel, out of the city center but luckily close to the metro, staff were all friendly

Good location, to find out the not so turistic side of Vienna, stuff could be a bit more professional. The Hostel bar was kinda "dead", However all in all good value for the money if you just want to vistit Vienna and have a quiet comfortable stay.

When we checked-in we were unhappy to find out that linen is compulsory - we had blankets and could use them as bedsheets but the guy at the reception insisted that we had to pay for the linen. The sheets are clean and comfortable but it would have been much nicer to include it in the final price, and not charge extra during check-in! The rooms are really clean though. No access to kitchen - surely let us at least boil our own cup of tea! Luggage storage room is provided, which is good.

The window in my room had no means of shutting out daylight. A drape that covers less than half of the window is simply inadequate to provide proper conditions for sleeping longer than up to the time of sunrise.

Everything went OK, we had no problem, this was not too expensive, someone was always at the office to help us if we needed to. This is a good hostel.

Clean hostel. Close enough to train station with usual facilities. Like a budget hotel.

It is a well located hostel, very close to the U6 station. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the conditions of hygiene and cleanliness are good. The staff are not the friendliest. The hostel charges for any kind of service, including card payments. The PRICE DON'T INCLUDE SHEETS, to sleep with them YOU need to pay another fee.
