Description: Special service offer if you book a stay in Simpatia
Picking you up from the airport Ciampino is free only when you arrive, if you rent apartment for minimum 5 people and for a stay of minimum 5 days.
For everybody who makes a reservation for Simpatia receives a good pizza and a drink but only for those who book the apartment for 5 or more persons for a stay of minimum 5 days.
The Apartment Simpatia Stazione Termini is situated in the heart of Rome, only 5 minutes by foot from the Termini Railway Station, Colosseum and Santa Maria Maggiore church.
Read carefully before booking:
1) Flat ground floor (for 5 people), extra bed is possible
The flat is on the ground floor with an independent entrance outside the building: it has 3 rooms which can be reserved in 3 ways:
a) If you book for 4 or 5 people, you will have two rooms which are connected to each other, one room has 2 double beds and the other has a bunk bed. There are also cooking facilities and one bathroom. All rooms have a fridge (with available drinks) and a TV.
b) If you book for two people (you will have one room with a double bed matrimonial + private bathroom, in this room is possible to add 1 extra bed, and cooking facilities are provided. All rooms have a fridge (with available drinks) and a TV is also provided.
c) If you book for more than 6 people you can have the two rooms described above, in this case you will get the whole house which is one double room, one room with two double beds and the other one with a bunk bed, cooking facilities and two bathrooms. Ideally for a group of friends. Because of the characteristics of the accommodation it is advised to young tourists (it is possible to request an extra bed € 25,-)
2) Flat 1st floor
The flat is on the 1st floor, which is composed of 3 rooms with 1 bathroom and a kitchen. It is ideal for 5 people.
The flat can be reserved in 3 ways:
a) For 4-5 people, you will have 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen;
b) For 2 people you have a double room with a shared bathroom and a kitchen in common.
c) Triple room has a shared bathroom and a kitchen in common.
The customers cannot choose between the 1st floor and the ground floor flat, this choice is up to the manager.

The credit card is only used to guarantee the reservation. The payment is in cash at your arrival. We don't accept credit cards.
You will need to bring towels for bathroom with you because they are not included
If you book online with an immediate confirmation, in the rare cases of overbooking, we will give you one room in the same area for the same price and of the same quality or better, the deposits is not returned anymore.
Please confirm the hour of arrival by email or telephone, because we don´t have reception, check-in only by appointment; don't come without making a reservation in advance.
