Friendly and helpful staff. They were more than willing to answer my questions. The room was nice and clean & a fresh towel was given everyday. Grandma's Cafe (right next to A9) is great; try their green curry roti. Overall, an excellent place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place while you are in Chiangmai. A bit outside of the city but it costs very little to hire a minibus into town.
