There are no staff, you must call Luca when you get ther so he can open the door (I called from a public phone, it was no problem). The room is good and the bathroom was also good and clean. The BIG problem is that the walls are EXTREMELY thins. A girl was watching TV untill long hours and i couldn´t sleep. I did not feel secure on the neighboorhood, but was good that has a supermarket very near.

This is a terrific little place to stay. Private, small and clean. The pizzeria nearby was good and, I would also recommend the coffee shop across the road.

This hostel is more like a hotel. very nice place to stay.. very nearest metro station is around 200 mts away. It is basically a self-service hotel. everything is so cool. The owner has a very good taste.Anyway , I highly recommend this place .

Very friendly and helpful manager. Good standard of room and ability to use well-equipped kitchen and computer with free wi-fi . Easy to reach more central parts. Written information about what and where to go was very useful.

It is a no-man reception hostel. I think it is rather a hotel, especially since I stayed at a double room. However, they made all for your convenience. Close to Metro, Carrfour, McDonald and their suggestion for local quick bite, pizza and kebab were all good! Clean inside bed and bathroom and quite too.

This Hostel was really quite nice. Although the Hostel location was convenient, it was in an area of town where we weren't the most comfortable walking around at night. As for fun I wish there was a NA column because we did not go there to party, however on the tourist map it looked like the hostel was reasonably close to some entertainment. Overall this was a great hostel and we would go back. It was clean, spacious, welcoming, and once inside the hostel terrace it felt like home.

It is not hard to find this hostel due to they send e-mail about how to find, way to check in and so on. Location : It takes less than 30min from Milano st. but should take a metro. (can reach metro within 10min by walk) Room was very clean and pretty, also Bathroom was wide, and clean. however shower had a problem so that hot water wasn't work, but staff immediately solved this problem(Thanks!) Staff was very kind:)

Location is very good, in the same underground line as Duomo and Central Station. Its clean, modern and has style. There is a little kitchen and living room with Tv and laptop with Internet, which is useful. Liked the roof terrace. After a day in Milan or travelling, its a good place to stay, I would stay here again.

Nice little hostel which is essentially a budget hotel but with no staff, slightly strange check in system but the place was lovely. Perfect for an overnight stay. Only comments would be that the staircase was very narrow, we struggled with rucksacks on and dreaded to think how those with suitcases would have found it. Beds were also small, one of us fell out in the night!

There is NO staff in this hostel, believe me! When you arrive, there was nobody to open the doors of the building! I had to call the hostel number from my cell phone, and then the person who picked up had to call someone else that open electronically the doors, it was NOBODY there to receive us! We had to follow the instructions sent via email on how to find our keys and go to the rooms. Just saw someone at night to receive the payment! Will NEVER be back, there is NO STAFF at all, it'snot safe.
