We had some diffculties with our reservation, but we received a personal apology from the general manager and a compensation. We truly appreciate the remarkable customer service.

Linen is available and clean. Towels are available but dirty. Far from Seaworld San Diego, so it shouldn\'t be called \"San Diego Travel Inn\" instead it should be \"El Cajon Travel Inn\".
