We had a great stay here. Hotel was well situated within bus routes and walking distance of most sights. Staff very courteous. Excellent buffet breakfast. A reasonable $5 a night to park car outside hotel.

Nice at the reception, great buffet breakfast, very clean, 15 minutes walking from Westlake Station The only problem was the heating in the room, out of order or too noisy, but at the hotel reception they said the heatings are about to be changed, within the next 2 weeks.

this is not a hostel it is a hotel at hostel prices. many families and business people staying there. great facilities and nice change from your typical hostel. the location was quite good about a fifteen minute walk from downtown facilities. great breakfast. staff were not overly knowledgable, friendly or willing to guide you as to what you should do etc.

It's actually a Best Western, so you're getting a hotel room at hostel rates. I suspect they use this service like Priceline, etc. to fill their empty rooms. Works for me.

Charging an additional $10 to park a car outside is outrageous.

The hotel was really good especially the location. Its Best Western. But the staffs need retraining because they,Front Desk Staffs, were really poor. Maybe it was because I was working in hotel for more than 4 years, so I know how to treat guests perfectly. But I didnt get it from them. However, I still can understand it just maybe the hotel is a small hotel, so the service is not as excellent as five stars one. Nevertheless, its worthy with the money. Highly recommended

Great price for such a great location! The staff were extremely friendly and ensured that we had everything that we needed (e.g. came up promptly when we asked for an extra blanket or a cot). There were a couple of little problems, one being that the beds were rather small. We had 2 doubles for 3 people and had a difficult time getting a cot because it was a fire hazard. The vents in the rooms were also quite loud.

It's a Best Western Hotel. Staff are very friendly & it's a hotel at hostel prices. Nice change from a dorm room. Located in Downtown & close to the space needle. Main downtown area is within walking distance.
