It was the largest room we had stayed in the staff were very helpful with bus time tables and telling us to be aware of our safety at night and allowing us to stay in a spare room for 2 hours while we waited for the shuttle nothing was to much trouble for them

Great, clean, spacious room although my friend and I booked a twin share room and ended up having to share a double bed for the night. Be aware that if you see a 'free' shuttle from airport advertised, the $5 per person fee will actually be charged to your account when you use this service... still cheaper than a taxi in most cases anyhow. Good place to stay when you want to be near LAX but quite a distance from tourist destinations ($45 cab ride to Hollywood)

The location is bit far from the down town.

I and my Wife liked very much of the Hotel. The room was large, with a big bedroom, and a good bathroom.

Disgusted that we had to pay $10 for the airport shuttle when they advertise it as free. When we queried this the very unhelpful guy on reception told us this had been the case for the last 5 months! Update your website then so your customers are aware! Asked over the phone of there was a cheaper alternative route from LAX and were simply told no, however on our arrival we found a bus stop right outside with buses going directly to and from LAX for less than $2! O and breakfast is only toast!

Convenient locations near LAX, especially if you need a place to stay when you first arrive. The rooms are fine and clean enough, but they\'re nothing special, and the air conditioning was weak. There were no major complaints though.

Clean hotel, very close to LAX, ideal for an early or late flight, very far from downtown or attrractions in LA.

Near LAX, but fishy area with drugdealers in elevator and hobos on the parkinglot. The room was extreamly uncousy.
