.....Thumbs Up From The Irish Girls.... This hostel was very clean and safe.the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.The location was very good.Right next to the beach and close to bars and restaurants.My friend and i stayed in a private room which had a full kitchen (very convenient when on a budget!!) and bathroom.I would definitely recommend lumbardy inn......Thumbs Up From The Irish Girls.... Great location, as far as the beach goes. Pretty far from airport. An hour to get here by bus. The staff completely ruined my experience. Most rude, inconsiderate people I\'ve ever come across traveling. They treated me like I was an idiot. The morning staff started an arguement when I simply asked for directions. This location is also old and worn down inside, but for $20 a night on Miami beach, who cares. This place is ok if you\'re in and out quickly. Althought the hostel was not in South Beach there were couple of buses right at the corner going there the whole night. The hostel runs family, they tried to help when we needed. very nice hotel 3minutes from the beach I enjoyed my stay there, it's clean, safe even at night (I went alone I'm a girl). Not a typical hostel. I stayed in a dorm and it looked like a hotel room. It's safe and clean place. Location is far from the main clubs area. But you can take a bus. There is completely no fun in the hostel. you can go there only for sleeping. Good things about this place are: free car parking and free internet at the lobby.Not a typical hostel. Though it is on North Beach, it is accessible from airport, downtown and south beach by bus.
