Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean and warm rooms. Great breakfast! The best continental breakfast I have seen in a hostel! Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend

Very nice hostel!! It's just one floor in a residential building, but it's very nice and cozy, and Super Clean!!! The rooms are a lit bit small, but Ok! The breakfest was one of THE BEST I ever had in a Hostel in Europe! I reccomend also because the location.. very near to train and bus station... and just right in the center of the city!!!

The staff at the hostel were well informed about the area and always willing to answer questions, they even arranged 2 of my tours and transportation to the airport. The place was really clean especially the bathrooms.

This is without a doubt the best place that we stayed at out of the 12 that made up our trip around Europe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, booking tours for us, recommending places to eat / see, cooking us dinner, hanging out with us in the common room and even taking us out on the town! The facilities were great. Breakfast was delicious, the washing machine was free just like the good wifi and the common room had lots of games. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

They provide you with breakfast and dinner. They creat an atmosphere that is conducive to meeting other people. The wifi is good. It is only about ten minutes walking from the train station. I stayed in a 12 person dorm. It got a little framed when all the beds were occupied. I felt like we were right on top of each other with luggage everywhere.

Thhe hostel is situated in a very central location. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast is really good. It only get's a little loud in the morning if your room is close to the reception desk.

There was one thing we agreed on, and that was that this was possibly one of the nicest hostels we all ever stayed in. :) The free breakfast was very good, and free dinners :) and the staff is really friendly and nice. We had a great time in Krakow!

Mosquito has thought of literally everything a backpacker needs in the hostel. It is a benchmark of what other hostels need to follow. I've stayed in hostels for more than 13 years, and this place truly deserves all its awards.

Have stayed in a few hostels throughout Europe and the UK and this was by far the best! The staff went out of their way to help . Facilities were excellent, bed was comfy and showers were hot! Living areas were clean and breakfast was good.
