For the ultimate Universal Studios experience it is perfect. Walking distance to Universal and close by a giant Outlet Shopping Center. It isn't a Hostel so you don't meet a lot of amazing people and there isn't a place close by to realy go out. Room is oke, WIFI realy bad, worked only in lobby and breakfastplace

Hotel was located in walking distance to Universal Studios. The hotel provides booking facilities for all attractions in Orlando.

We traveled to more than 15 countries in the last 2 years have never been trated so bad in a hotel or hostel. The staff is unprepared to solve problems: they yell and never admit they are wrong. In one day, the DND card was not repected. And worse: the cleaning people went inside our bedroom, thrown the DND card at the floor and LEFT OUR DOOR OPENED FOR MORE THAN 12 HOURS, all our luggage was visible from outside. We warned the manager and the owner and they didn't even care about the situation.
