Albert is really nice, but our "superior" twin was very small and covered by dust in the corners. Quite central, only few steps from a metro station, decent breakfast, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to a friend since you can hear a lot of noises from the halfway, and the second day we wake up at 8 with a disturbing noises of some engineering working.

More than satisfied, 10 minutes walking distances to the centre, spacious with all needed facilities and very clean. At arrival I was afraid that it might be a bit boring to stay in a private apartment but the first night we were already sharing a bottle of Cava with Albert and the other guest and the company of his dog was also much appreciated. Thanks Albert!

A smashing apartment in a good location. The owner is a sweetie and very helpful. my only criticism is the two bathrooms are very small, and quite poorly designed, it was quite difficult to have a shower in the larger bathroom as getting in and out was tricky! Other than that, really good value.

Albert was very sweet and accommodating. The hostel was located perfectly near everything with a metro stop right outside. He also had a nespresso maker for guests to use!

Clean and private rooms, big livingroom area and fully equipt kitchen. Free coffee and tea plus breakfast. Alberto is a kind person who is extremely helpful and takes good care of guests. I would recommend this quiet and friendly apartment to everyone looking to stay in Barcelona.

I was in the single occupancy room. The room was the size of a jail cell. I think the cost for the room is too high for such a small room. It was literally a closet. Also, there's a window all the way at the top that leads to the hallway which was nosy at night and very distracting. Also, it just felt very uncomfortable. The owner constantly checked up on the apartment and it was awkward as if he was always watching you. His apartment was very nice but overall I would not recommend staying here.

Its an apartment and the owner rents out the rooms in a hostel type environment. He is happy to help you with any question and shows you a guide and map. Simple breakfast, orange juice, milk, croissant, jam, butter, very good! Good computer with fast internet. There is a cute dog Donatella, doesnt bark or bite, but close the door to your room. The apartment is far from main atractions, take busses or metro. I dont think the red sheets were clean, I kept finding blonde hairs and got sick again.

It is an apartment with the owner and his dog. The apartment has great location and the owner is very helpful. Simple breakfast and coffee is all day available. The single room is really very very small and the dog is friendly but walks a lot in the apartment during the night also. Good value for money with all the pros and contras above.

Albert is a really kind host. Our stay at his place was very pleasant. The rooms, the toilets and the kitchen were all very clean. The bed is very comfortable too. Centrally located. It's about a 10-15 minutes walk from placa espanya. Albert has a dog at his place. I personally really loved the fellow because it is so cute. There is bread, butter, jam, milk, orange juice, tea and coffee in the kitchen 24hours. But you will not expect things like ham and cheese. Personally, I didn't mind that.

It´s more than a hostel, it´s like staying in your own apartment, Albert (the owner of the place) is very kind and respects the privacy perfectly. The place is very very well equipped so you can eat, cook, do the laundry, watch TV, and also perfect location, metro in the corner, and 5min walk to the Rambla. If I ever go back to Barcelona, I´ll love to stay there again, I really recommend it!!

The only thing is that the beds are not comfortable. But apart from that, everything is excellent.

The owner of the place, Alfred, is very nice and helpful and is always ready to give you an advice about the city. The place is cheap and is basically a regular apartment with three rooms to rent. The place is on the 5th floor (there is an elevator), and feels very safe. I tried all the bedrooms since I booked on short notices, and they are all good. The single room is small and can be a bit noisy at night due to the dog walking around. I can reccomend all rooms though, especially the surperior!
