ACBB Hostel Niagara Reviews

They told they have no Wi-Fi. Don't know why it's in the description. But that's the only negative point. Very friendly staff and clean rooms.

The owner Patrick was really friendly and easy going. He Gave us suggestions on what we could do and even arrange transport for us. The location is only a 5 mins walk to the falls.

really good and nice staff, haha, that's the best part is the place ;) the owner helped to organized to share a cab with other travelers, the whole place is really familiar, clean only little negative thing at that time wasn't worked the wifi in the place

The people who work here are very nice

The manager'Patrick', should allow the guests to settle in before subjecting them to his long lasting arrival talk. Plus, the hostel has wifi, but I was told it wasnt on, because of Patricks phone!? The one pc is ok but has a poor screen that is difficult to see. Plus the internet is turned off at night!!! Nowadays, everyone keep in contact by the internet and it needs to be sorted out. Breakfast was ok, hostel was clean and warm, with a good location. Modernising is ongoing. Overall 5/10.

Patrick was great, as was the rest of the staff!!! We will definitely be back.

Stuffs( Patric and Nora) are super friendly and they made my trip enjoyable. Place is clean and nice, I highly recommend you to stay at this hostel if you haven't got any plans yet.

It is the best hostel ever. The staff is awesome!! They are very very helpful. The location is quite nice, you can go for a walk to the falls easily! The room was very clean. There was a big space for girls to make up :P The owner helped us a lot! He gave lots of useful information, answer any kind of questions with respect, and always trusted us. The tour he suggested to the wineries was cheap and great. I strongly recommend you to stay here! I'll definitely come back in summer :D

It was so great. I recommend to choose this hostel. Although it is so cold outside, the room in the hostel was so warm. Everything is so great!!!! (but you may be disappointed about appearance of a building.)

I was very impressed with this hostel. The staff were great and very friendly, we even had a few nights out on the town! Patrick and Shelley are doing a great job making sure it is a great experience for the people that stay with them. Breakfast was offered every morning; as well as the advice on where to go for shopping, wineries, and little outings was amazing. I learned more about Niagara Falls in this trip than I did in September when I stayed in a hotel. Definately coming back to ACBB!

This is one of the best hostels in North America. Right from the beginning the friendly staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I wish I had been able to spend more time in the Niagara Falls area, as I was only able to see a small portion of its stunning natural beauty. I'll be back though, and next time I'll take the needed 3-4 days to fully get a chance to enjoy all it has to offer.

ACBB Hostel was one of the best that I've stayed at. The owners went out of their way to put us on a tour when they absolutely didn't have to, then drove us to meet with the tour guide! Fantastic people, clean rooms, and a great location makes ACBB a really great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone!

the owner was very friendly (he baked some muffins for us in the morning!!). the position was very good and near the falls. restrooms were big and modern. altought the room was a little bit small.

I have stayed at this hostel a few years ago and have specifically returned to it because it is awesome. Its location is an easy walk to the Falls and safe parking in the back. What I love most is that the bathrooms are super clean and because the bathrooms are individual stalls it provides great privacy unlike many other hostels. The attendant Patrick is enthusiastic and a joy to talk to. He shares the local gems and I was able to fully enjoy the Falls and surroundings. Two thumbs up!

Nice place to stay, really near the Niagara Falls and the main tourist street. The owner makes muffins himself for breakfast, which are awesome! But you should take a taxi from the greyhound, which is approx. $10!

Meeting Patrick and his staff makes the trip and his famous muffins are amazing/delicious. The mix dorms aren't as crowded as other hostels we have been too, there is enough space to move around and have your belongings, which is great.

This hostel is great for the price, well located near the Falls, and includes a great breakfast. The hostel was a little bit hard to find at night, and was pretty quiet at the time of year. Didn't make any use of the expertise for activities in the area, as I was just visiting wineries.

The staff was super helpful, warm and welcoming so overall I really enjoyed the atmosphere at ACBB. The location was conveniently a short walk away from the main strip and local transit stops, which is helpful in a town predominately built around the car. I do think the place is in need of some TLC but definitely a much better experience than any Sheraton or Days Inn can offer.

Patrick is the nicest hostel owner ever who is passionate about what he does. Therefore, he goes out of his way to take care of his guests in any possible way. I would never consider another hostel if I go back to Niagrara Falls. P.S Definitely spend more than one night in niagara, there is way more to see thank just the falls, Patrick will give you the heads up on some beautiful sights Dave S
