Loved the stay. The staff was friendly and attentive. Recent upgrades look great and accommodations were very clean. Highly recommended!

Great location, close to Clifton Hill and falls! Staff was helpful and friendly, they have lots of "local spots" lots of things to do besides "touristy" stuff, we went fishing and hiking in the gorge and near the whirlpool. Rooms are spacious and clean, lots of washrooms and kitchen facilities! Will definitely be back! hopefully for more than one night next time :)

The best hostel I've ever stayed at - others in America and Europe should use this as a guide! Friendly staff, amazing free b'fast every morning and clean rooms with comfy beds. The location to the falls is great. Ended up staying a an extra 2 days because I found out there was so much more to do - winery tours, hiking, trips to Niagara on the Lake etc.. Thanks to the staff for organising the day trips! Planning my next trip back already.. met some great people during my stay.

Patrick is very friendly and has good tips on what to do in the area. They're renovating their AC/heating so you'd see portable heaters lying around. The best part of the hostel are their washrooms/showers. I liked the marble walls with wood frame posts and the faux leather door handle. The hostel is in the middle of Fallsview, Clifton Hill, and the Stanley/420 GO Transit bus stop so you're not exactly in the doorstep of any of them but you're near all of them which worked for us pretty well.

Personable staff and friendly atmosphere. Breakfast is a nice plus and location is great.

Amazing hospitality. First time staying at a hostel and was actually sad to leave. Would recommend it to anyone.

Had a really wonderful time at Niagara Falls thanks to Patrick and his staff!! Felt like we were very welcome and they gave us great ideas of what to do. Very friendly environment, easy walking distance to the falls, and extremely friendly staff. Building seems a little older, but it's easily made up for the hospitality provided. Would definitely recommend this hostel to other travelers looking for friendly hostel close to Niagara Falls, Canada. :)

It was really friendly once we got there - but down the end of a very empty road! I signpost might have helped reassure us. I imagine it would be really good in the summer when it is all a bit busier!

So nice!!!! It is the best hostel where i have ever stayed. Staffs are very friendly. I strongly recommend this hostel.

Staff greeted me nicely and mixed well with other guests. Owner and family very service oriented and strive to please...success!
