Rates of 20.00/25.00 reais in mixed dorms do not include breakfast.Other rates has continental breakfast included. This dorm room has ensuite facilities as well as cable TV.

Basically the only rule here is!
- Drugs are strictly forbidden inside this hostel as well as bring prostitutes inside. At the streets anyone can do whatever they want, but this is a very familiar place, ok!! This is our only restriction to keep this place safe and with good quality people in the atmosphere around.
If you are looking for this above, please go to another hostel or hotel in downtown area.
PLUS: Kitchen with fridge, oven, all utensils you might need. If you are looking for a safe area/place, confort and good cleanliness, this is the way to go.
Ace is located very close to Congonhas airport (the busiest airport in South America)at the south side of the city in a residential/business area and a short distance (15min by bus) from the Conceição subway station.
Here is a very safe Bed and Breakfast because WE ARE NOT located IN DOWNTOWN NOR at THE OLD CENTER AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BUS STOP.
Night life you find everywhere in Sao Paulo, but we are close to the GOOD night life (Moema, Vila Olimpia and Itaim) is no more than 6 km and ´fun´ area is here at the south.
