Nice place. Cool staff. Tasty sangria. DVD player didnt work and no 24 h reception to help.

Dreadful! Rude staff, spoke in thai and laughed as us whilst we tried to check in as we'd been dropped off at the wrong building and offered to walk to the correct building, room smelt damp, dirty sheets, bed bug bites. I think the good reviews on here have been written by the arrogant owner! We've been backpacking around the world and paid much less for nicer places! We stayed in the queens boutique the remaining time on samui, just around the corner and much nicer!

I met up with 3 friends here coming from 3 different locations around the globe. Was the perfect place to spend a couple of days catching up with them before heading off to the rest of Thailand. Super chilled and close to quiet beaches.

Best guesthouse we stayed in so far! Staff were so lovely and helpful, loved the qwerky decoration, we even had a dvd player in our room we made full use of :) couldn't fault it - it was clean and the food at the restaurant was nice too I would definitely recommend xx

Simple and basic, but clean and with goods bed and airco. Ideally situated near Chaweng Beach and its nightlife. Unfortunately no safes or lockers.

We stayed at first at a deluxe double bedroom in the main building and moved to the second building to a double ensuite bedroom. In the main building the room didn't meet our expactations (fairly old furnishing, water problems). But the owner (and the staff!) was very understanding and moved us directly to the second building. The Tapas Bar there is great; even the access to the beach is closer. Really liked the pop art style at AKWA's. Room had a great atmosphere and big fridge!
