Every nıght the Hostel screens Galıpoli fılms - somethıng I apprecıated as somebody not really familiar with that history. The hostel is helpful in organising tours to Troy and Galıpoli. It ıs also nice and central (close to the hamam and Brad Pitts plastic movie horse). I did not like the noise comıng from the laundry servıce next to my room and there is only one key per dorm whıch is a bit of a logistical problem ıf all the occupants go their own way during the day. Clean and cheap.

Great locatıon across from the bus statıon/ferry port. Free Gallıpolı doco and Mel Gıbson Gallıpolı movıe every nıght. Only downfall was the toılet area really stank and wofted ınto the rooms. Great locatıon for explorıng the area though.

Hostel lost our booking and checked us into the wrong room which was full. Moved us to another room with no floor space to keep our bags. Bathrooms smelt horrible and you could smell it all the way up to the top floor/common room area. The cleaning lady stripped our beds and started cleaning our room an hour early and then pulled a face because we were in her way trying to pack our bags.... unprofessional - man at reception gave wrong tour prices!!

The rooms are so tiny and the ventilation was poor. The lighting in the bathroom was also poor.

Great place to stay if you are doing tours of Troy and Gallipoli. Staff were pretty good. A little disorganised in they lost my booking. Lucky I'm not in peak season and I just got another bed. Super close to both the ferry and the bus station. Showers could have been cleaner and more than a single powerpoint in a 14 person dorm may be appreciated.

Very quiet at this time of year. Nice place to stay though - very fresh and clean, and nice staff. Gallipoli tour was fantastic! I don't recommend using their bus service to Istanbul though, it was terrible in a number of ways and ran two and a half hours late.

Great location and the tour was good. The bedrooms were cleaned thoroughly everyday but the bathroom needs a lot of work. No lockers or lock on dorm door either.

staff were extremely helpfull. if you are interested in doing an ANZAC tour do it through these guys. As far as i know it is the cheapest and best value one available. you even go on a boat to anzac cove included and get to snorkel on top of a shipwreck. shower tends to flood the bathroom so i think that needs to be fixed. beds are comfortable and the screening of the anzac documentary and movie is a great warmup/refresher for the day to come at Anzac cove.

Top notch place to stay in Canakkale. A perfect base to explore the Gallipoli peninsula.

There is a big kitchen and we were not even allowed to use a plate and a knife.

Fantastic place! Just up the street from the ferry terminal, easy access to nice restaurants and shops, and they arranged Gallipolli tours for us - which of course was the main reason we visited Canakkale. Highly recommended.

Fantastic location, really helpful young staff, maid cleaned all beds daily, documentary and movie about gallipolli nightly, balcony to chill. The only fault I can pick out is a squeaky dorm door. 5 of the beds are non bunk beds and comfy too. Cheers for a nice stay.

Our final morning we had booked a bus service at 6:30am. Obviously reception isn't open- but the door was locked & there was no one to open it. We were locked in. I ran around the hostel to find someone to let us out (we found no one) looking over the balcony I could see our bus loading passengers. Regardless of nearly missing my bus, it is highly illegal to lock people inside a building. Most importantly health and saftey- if there was a fire no one could get out. Completely irresponsible.

The girl at the reception was very friendly and eager to help. We went on the gallipoli tour organised by the hostel and that was good value. We stayed in the dorm and there was no air con which meant it did get hot at night.
