One toilet/ shower for 12+ people is a challenge. Accommodation with payment difficulties was appreciated

Thia is a place in Cracow that I would certainly recommend. Great location in the very centreof the city, clean and pretty rooms and always helpful staff. 10/10 for me :)

It was one of the most dirty hostels I have ever stayed in! I used a shared bathroom, which apart from the facility itself (the bathtub, toilette and washbasin were on the same room, separated by panels that enabled other people to use the bathroom along with you for other needs - never seen that in any other hostel!) was smelly and dirty almost all the time.

private deluxe room for two is not on the hostel address, be aware! although that address is closer to the main market then the hostel's, you have to make other 10 minutes walk every morning to have breakfast. the room is huge, even four could stay, furniture is good, IKEA (just like home :), unfortunately the bath had terrible smell, and the trashes were not emptied before our arrive. the location is very good, 20 meters from the main square, facilities on that address also good (computer,kitch

The location of the apartments is excellent in Wislna street. The staff is VERY friendly.

This was honestly the best hostel I've ever stayed at; it felt more like an apartment.

Horrible stay ! If you want some quiet time or if you are not a student group coming to Cracow just to get drunk, this place is not for you. The week nights were ok, but the student group who arrived for the week end made our life impossible. It was completely impossible to sleep, as they were partying in the hostel, despite our complaints to the staff, who did nothing significant to stop it. There is no way they knew who was coming and going at that point, so I am pretty sure could get in the

Very friendly stuff, especially women who cleans :) breakfast very good.

This is probably the dirtiest place we have ever stayed in. The smell in the toilet was horrendous, so we asked the receptionist to change rooms, and he kindly acceded. Nevertheless, the smell was the same and, to make things worse, we found a used condom under the bed. Although we are aware that we were not sleeping in a hotel, we believe that this hostel does not meet our cleanliness standards. Perhaps we are too picky?

The hostel staff were very helpful, the breakfast was nice and the location was good. On the down side, only 1 bathroom per floor, which is not the best especially if there are many people. It was a bit cold in the room, but we got extra blankets from the nice staff. It is not clear if the receptionists are aware of everyone coming and going to and from the hostel.

The hostel has perfect location and is very cheap. I really recomend it! Just for the wintre, there is insuficient heating in the rooms, so there can be cold.
