This hostel was in a great location, very clean, breakfast was served at the right temp and on time, reception organized everything for my tour to Auschwitz all I had to do was pay. I was traveling alone and reception was very helpful in giving me directions and suggestions for places to eat and go. I would recommend this hostel to anyone in my age group! i have been staying in alot of hostels through europe and this has been the best so far. the staff were extremly helpfull espesially the new manager.

Great hostel, second time we have stayed here. Great location, staff are attentive, clean. One problem this time was the electrical outlets were not working, but I am sure that they will have that fixed up soon enough. Oh, they added new locks and handles on the doors since we were here last.Great hostel, second time we have stayed here. Great location, staff are attentive, clean. I have to recommend Hostel for all potential visitors. The hostel is located a few minutes walk from the train station and is practically right next to the square in Krakow.
Very nice staff, nice and clean hostel.

There were a lot of logistical problems when I arrived -- they called it their fail week. But the staff were awesome and made sure I got my bed and laundry done and everything. Perfect location, too. You can walk to the station and you're right by the town square.
Great place to meet people, but pretty rowdy. Not the place to go just to sleep. There were a lot of logistical problems when I arrived -- they called it their fail week.
