ARooms St Petersburg Reviews

The hostel itself is good, interesting wall art, nice common room and kitchen. However, the staff has made the terrible mistake of allowing Russian men to live in the hostel. If you go, don't do the mixed 10 person room bc it's the cheapest and they ruined our stay. I'm talking drunk men climbing into your bed to unplug your phone and plug in theirs... So, if the live in Russian thing doesn't bother you,then my only other complaint is that there is ZERO security, anyone can enter the building.

Everything was ok,, I realy liked this hostel all the is time and everywhere is clean!! This hostel has been one of the fest that I have been,, the staff realy good and friendly. Good style!!

I stayed in Arooms hostel in January, I slept in the dorm room, and two of my friends stayed in the double room. Everything was just great! Perfect place to stay. Managers is so nice and helpful, we ask them like a million questions and they always help us. Dorm is very clean, comfortable, wide and very quiet. You can sleep as long as you need and nothing will disturb you. Double room was just awesome, so big, stylish, with very big and comfortable bed and TV. I love it. This hostel is great!!!

Amazing place! I enjoy must see

No bed linen received when asked several times (the staff gave us wrong match after all). Came back to the hostel and found out someone sleeping on my bed with my belongings all over the floor. Drunk people slamming the room´s door, shouting and turning on and off the lights all night long. We had to wait for the check-in until 2.30pm by the rules but three noisy girls checked-in at 3.30 am disturbing the guest whose were sleeping and the staff were agreed helping. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Nice place, a bit far from metro stations and the city centre (Nevsky prospect) (10 to 20 minutes walking). Quite clean and well furnished. Good kitchen.

It was really lovely though no staff spoke english. that's why i need to pay more than the price on website, that was the only disappointing thing. it is well located and super clean. i had a really enjoyable and relaxing stay here :)
