We have a 48 hour cancellation policy, where if you do not cancel the reservation 48 hours prior to your arrival, you will be charged for the first night.

This is to authorize your card (not charge) and validate your reservation in our system, ensuring it is a genuine reservation and to cover the first night when a guest doesn't show up without due notice. This is due to the financial regulations in Andorra, and all hotels need this CCV and cannot validate a reservation without it.
