The owner (an old lady) is very nice and eager to talk and give information about Interlaken. The reception smells cat/dog, but fortunatelly the bedrooms are ok. So, do not run away when you enter the hostel =) The floor of my bedroom made some noise when I walked, but no problem for me (I don't know about sb below me). Most important, the bedroom is very clean and organized! A little expensive, but ok for Interlaken.

No lockers . Bathrooms were unclean. Smell in rooms and corridors. The lady came at 9:55am to ensure we empty the room by 10. The lady was very old and it was hard to communicate with her. Worst hostel I have seen till now in last 5-6 years. No charging points in rooms.

Avoid at all costs !!! It wasn't any cheaper than a hotel ,our ensuite room was over the road in an apartment that was already occupied by 3 japanese girls ,who looked frightened when the owner of heidis just let himself in and shouted " hello japanese ,these people are staying " ... Others that had booked had been transferred to other hotels because of double booking ,leaving them the other side of the town ,when others we knew were staying in empty dorms .....just shocking
