Though this was addressed to Pamela, I Greg have now stayed three times, and have recommended it to others.

AWA does not really represent the Royal Garden. The deposit AWA collected was never returned by the actual hotel. AWA does not provide the real phone number of the hotel (which is very hard to find), so you can't even call them to confirm the arrival or to get the free shuttle from the airport. The hotel will collect its own deposit of $25 per night and some additional charges will appear on your bank account. These should then be charged back to your account after the check out.

A cheap motel. Clean rooms, free Wi-fi, breakfast is OK (bagels and waffles - some eggs, fresh fruit could upgrade it, though). Located 30min walking from the center, or take the Trax (free) and get there in 10min. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tend to have "unexpected guests" – drunk people tend to try get in there. Happened to me twice during a week of stay– not really scary, but unpleasant. The bottom line – Nothing to write home about, but just fine for the price they char

Front desk and breakfast staff were lovely and helpful. Room was big and comfortable and all the important stuff was clean (bed, bathroom). The definition of cheap and cheerful.
