The location is superb — very near to the historic center, but I was really disappointed by the attitude some members of the staff, they could have been much friendlier.

The place is in a ok location and you can walk to anywhere from the place. It smelt like cigarettes and the staff were not very happy but the place is good for a quick stop over like ours, we were only there for one night. They have a free breakfast which was good.

Good hostel although the night we were there, there was a really loud group next door who would not be quiet. In addition we had our own room but the beds were not pushed together. Great location though and very easy to get into town. The staff, bar and breakfast were wonderful and we would definitely go back.

Eventhough the complication was caused by Hostelworld, the hotel accommodated us. Their hospitality was outstanding. We definitely will come back and tell our friends about this very nice hotel.

the location couldn't be more central and convenient! Loved everything about this small family-run hotel. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our room very much and the hotel was really close to the city! There were a lot of chrismas markets and we´ve seen quite a lot of the old town. We can recommand this hotel, in addition the breakfast was really good. There is a bar downstairs and it`s really smoggi, but we didn`t hear anything in our room. We disliked the cleaning lady instead knocking on our door twice..you should have your privacy, if you want to. But a weekendtrip there is really fine!!! ...m+r

Our room was beside the busy street, many cars passed and downside is a nightclub. It was so noisy. Also, some people knocked the hotel door and waked us up in the early morning. There is free wifi, but the signal was very weak and unstable in the room. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is no lift, the staff helped us to carry our heavy luggage to 1st floor. The hotel is close to old town, just 5-10mins walk. I would like to say it is worth to stay.

This hotel is a very nice it is about a fifteen minute walk from the train station. It is in a beautiful location. The staff is very nice. I stayed in a one bed private. The room was great even had a fan and television in it. The shared shower and wc were nice and very clean. There is a bar area downstairs, but I found it to be quite smokey. The wifi can only be used downstairs.

Thanks for the great stay. Your cafe on the ground floor was just the right place to have hot tea on a snowy morning. The rooms were cozy and clean. The bowl of fruit in the hall added just the right touch. The whole place including the smile on the concierge made us feel very comfortable.

Nice enough facilities, good breakfast, friendly staff. Not a hostel, so not the place to go to meet people obviously, but a good guesthouse near the centre of Innsbruck. I was just here on the way through and needed a place to sleep and it fit the bill perfectly.

This hotel was clean and spacious, if basic and a little noisy (road/trucks). There were 3 toilets & 1 shower on our floor (1st floor). Wi-fi is free, which worked on our laptop but not on our iPhones; I read some reviews that said that wi-fi signal only reached the 1st floor. There is a free computer in the lobby. Breakfast was a lovely spread with cereal, yogurt, buns, meats & cheeses, fruit, and coffee. Staff were helpful and friendly, called a cab and looked up a schedule for us. Good value.

Good hotel, staff were friendly and helpfull. Only suggestion would be to include information on how to get there from the main train station.

We spent one night in a double room with share bathroom: the room was small but very nice and clean. Unfortunately there wasn't any curtains! The staff was excellently friendly and the location is excellent !!!!!

the AWA is just like any small bed and breakfast. the rooms are very basic, and clean, and towels and toilettries are provided. the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the hostel is very quaint. however this is a hotel, not a hostel. don't expect to meet anyone here, and prepare for no air conditioning (a fan was provided but wasn't quite enough). a bonus is the television in each room, though it is only in German of course. a cute place to stay, located just a five minute walk from the sites

Very kind staff, very good situation (center of Innsbruck). However, it has no elevator, nor curtains or something to avoid light in the morning, and there is just one shower per floor.
